Is HeyPass a password manager?
No. Keep using your team’s existing password manager. HeyPass handles reviewed login codes that arrive by email after the password step.
How do I connect an application inbox?
Start from your workspace and follow the application-inbox setup instructions. Workspace owners control which applications are connected and who gets access.
Does it support sign-in links and approvals?
The current public beta supports reviewed login codes only. Recovery emails, sign-in links and browser approvals are not supported.
Who can see a shared code?
Your workspace owner controls application access. Ask them to give you access to the applications you need for your work.
What happens when someone leaves?
Review their workspace and application access with the owner. Changing HeyPass access does not change the shared password or sign someone out of other services.
Which accounts is HeyPass for?
HeyPass is for accounts your organisation is allowed to share. Follow the account provider’s rules and HeyPass’s terms of service. Personal, financial, medical and government accounts are excluded.
